This error usually occurs when there is no active internet connection from your mobile device. Please check you have a good connection to your wi-fi or mobile data. If your connection seems ok when Seguru is off, try connecting to Seguru with your mobile data only to see if that works. There are some wifi networks that block the use of VPN services, such as Seguru. If this is the case, we would recommend finding another wifi connection or using your mobile data connection.
